We do not ask for payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive financial information through this website.
3. How we use your information
- To contact you about your request and schedule an appointment.

- To keep treatment records required by the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry (LDAF), and to manage termite contracts and renewals.
- To send appointment confirmations and reminders.
- To handle warranty questions and follow-up service on work we performed.
- To see which pages and advertising bring in requests, so we can improve the website.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to your pest control service.
4. When we share it
We share only what is needed, only with:
- The licensed technician who performs your service.
- State regulators, such as the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry, when treatment or termite records must be reported or inspected.
- Real estate parties you authorize, such as a buyer, seller, agent or lender receiving a wood-destroying insect report.
- Service providers who help us run the business, such as phone, email, scheduling and website hosting providers, under confidentiality obligations.
- Authorities, if required by law.
5. Calls, texts and email
When you send a request, we will call, text or email you about that request only. Calls to our business line may be recorded for quality and training. Message and data rates may apply to texts. Reply STOP to any text, or tell us at any time, if you prefer a different way to be contacted. We do not send marketing texts without your separate consent.
6. Access to your property
If you give us a gate code, lockbox code or key so we can service your property while you are away, we use it only for scheduled visits and do not share it. Tell us whenever access details change, and we will update or delete them on request.
7. Photos and inspection records
We may photograph pest activity, damage, entry points and treated areas to document findings and the work completed. These photos stay in your service file. We will only use photos of your property on our website or social media with your permission, and never with your address or anything that identifies you.
8. Cookies and analytics
The website uses a small amount of browser storage to remember how you arrived (for example from an ad) and may use analytics tools to measure visits. Embedded Google Maps and web fonts are loaded from third parties, which may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
9. How long we keep it
We keep booking requests for up to 24 months so we can follow up and answer questions. For completed jobs, we keep job records, photos and invoices for as long as your service agreement or termite contract is active and as required by Louisiana pest control record-keeping rules and tax law. We use reasonable safeguards to protect this information.
10. Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. We will respond within 30 days.
